プライバシーポリシー
Karumi（以下「本アプリ」）は、iPhoneの写真・動画を見直して空き容量をあけるアプリです。写真と動画は端末の中だけで扱い、外へ送りません。
1. 収集しない情報
- アカウント登録はありません。氏名・メールアドレスなどを求めることはありません。
- 写真・動画そのもの、ファイル名、写真の位置情報、比較のための特徴値を開発者や第三者に送信することはありません。
- 広告は表示しません。他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ行動追跡（トラッキング）は行わず、広告識別子（IDFA）も使いません。
2. 送信する情報（利用統計と不具合情報）
アプリの改善と不具合の修正のため、Google LLCが提供するFirebase（Google Analytics for Firebase、Firebase Crashlytics）を使い、次の情報を送ります。
- 操作の種類と回数（例：見直した種類、削除・圧縮の実行、購入画面の表示）と、そのときの写真の枚数・あいた容量などの数値
- 購入したプラン、金額、通貨、取引番号と、Pro版を使っているかどうか・インストールした年月
- 端末の機種、iOSとアプリのバージョン、言語、IPアドレスから推定されるおおまかな国・地域
- Firebaseがアプリごとに発行する識別子（他のアプリとは共有されません）
- アプリが異常終了したときの状況（クラッシュログ、端末の状態）と、削除・圧縮・購入がうまくいかなかったときのエラーの種類
これらは個人を特定する目的では使わず、広告にも使いません。Googleのサーバー（日本国外を含みます）で処理され、利用統計は最長14か月、クラッシュ情報は最長90日保存されます。送信はアプリの「設定」>「データの送信」>「使い方の統計と不具合情報を送る」のスイッチでいつでも止められます。Googleによる取り扱いはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
3. 端末内で扱う情報
- 写真ライブラリ：似た写真・同じ写真・スクリーンショット・大きな動画を見つけるために、写真と動画を端末内で読み取り、比較します。比較のための特徴値は端末のメモリ上でだけ使います。
- 削除：削除はご自身が選んだ写真だけを対象に、iOSの確認画面で「削除」を押したときにだけ行います。削除した写真は写真アプリの「最近削除した項目」に30日間残ります。お気に入りと編集済みの写真は削除の対象から外します。
- 動画の圧縮：圧縮した動画を写真ライブラリに新しく保存します。元の動画を残すか削除するかはご自身で選べます。作業用の一時ファイルは処理後に消します。
- 利用状況の記録：処理にかかった時間、あいた容量、圧縮率などの数値を、動作確認のために端末内（本アプリだけが使う領域）に記録します。写真の内容やファイル名は含みません。この記録そのものは開発者に送りません（2の利用統計は別に送られます）。iPhoneのバックアップに含まれることはありますが、開発者には届きません。本アプリを削除すると消えます。
- 設定：最後に見直した日時、通知のオン・オフ、評価のお願いを表示したかどうかなどを端末内に保存します。
- 通知：無料体験の終了前日にお知らせする通知は、許可した場合にだけ端末内で予約します。
4. 購入
有料プランの購入・解約はAppleが処理します。開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
5. Appleの診断情報
iPhoneの設定で「Appデベロッパと共有」をオンにしている場合、Appleを通じてクラッシュ情報など個人を特定しない診断データが届くことがあります。
6. 許可の変更と削除の請求
写真と通知の許可は、iPhoneの「設定」>「アプリ」>「Karumi」でいつでも変えられます。利用統計は名前やメールアドレスと結びついていません。送信を止めれば以後は送られず、保存済みのデータは保存期間が過ぎると消えます。アプリを削除すると、Firebaseの識別子は次のインストール時に新しくなります。削除のご相談は下のお問い合わせ先で受け付けます。お問い合わせメールのアドレスと内容は返信のためだけに使い、対応が終わってから1年以内、またはご希望があればすぐに削除します。
7. お子さまの利用
本アプリは、お子さまを含め、どなたの個人情報も意図して収集しません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで内容と日付を更新します。

Privacy Policy
Karumi (“the app”) helps you review the photos and videos on your iPhone to free up storage. Your photos and videos are handled on the device and never leave it.
1. What we do not collect
- There is no account. We never ask for your name, email address or other contact details.
- Photos and videos themselves, file names, photo locations and the values used to compare photos are never sent to the developer or to anyone else.
- The app shows no ads, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
2. What the app sends (usage statistics and crash reports)
To improve the app and fix bugs, the app uses Firebase from Google LLC (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics) and sends:
- what kind of actions you take and how often (for example, which category you review, deleting or compressing, opening the purchase screen), with numbers such as photo counts and space freed
- the plan purchased, price, currency and transaction number, whether you use Pro, and the month you installed the app
- device model, iOS and app version, language, and the approximate country or region inferred from the IP address
- an identifier Firebase creates for this app (not shared with other apps)
- what happened when the app crashed (crash log and device state), and the type of error when deleting, compressing or purchasing fails
This information is not used to identify you and is not used for advertising. It is processed on Google’s servers, which may be outside your country, and kept for up to 14 months (usage statistics) and up to 90 days (crash reports). You can stop sending it at any time with the “Share usage and crash data” switch in the app’s Settings > Data sharing. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles it.
3. Data handled on your device
- Photo library: to find similar photos, duplicates, screenshots and large videos, the app reads and compares your photos and videos on the device. The values used for comparison are kept only in the device’s memory.
- Deletion: the app deletes only the photos you select, and only after you tap Delete on the iOS confirmation screen. Deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days. Favorites and edited photos are excluded from deletion.
- Video compression: the compressed video is saved to your photo library as a new item. You choose whether to keep or delete the original. Temporary working files are removed after processing.
- Usage records: numbers such as processing time, space freed and compression ratio are recorded on the device, in space only the app can use, to check that it works properly. They contain no photo content or file names, and this record itself is never sent to the developer (the usage statistics in section 2 are sent separately). They may be included in your iPhone backup, which the developer cannot access. Deleting the app deletes them.
- Settings: things like when you last reviewed, whether notifications are on and whether the rating request was shown are stored on the device.
- Notifications: a reminder the day before your free trial ends is scheduled on the device, only if you allow notifications.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions are purchased and cancelled through Apple. The developer never receives your payment details.
5. Apple diagnostics
If you turned on “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings, Apple may pass along crash reports and other non-identifying diagnostic data.
6. Changing permissions and deletion requests
You can change photo and notification access at any time in iPhone Settings > Apps > Karumi. Usage statistics are not linked to your name or email address. Once you turn sending off, nothing more is sent, and stored data is removed when the retention period ends. If you delete the app, the Firebase identifier is replaced the next time you install it. To ask about deletion, use the contact address below. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them within one year after your request is resolved, or right away if you ask.
7. Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

개인정보 처리방침
Karumi(이하 “앱”)는 iPhone의 사진·동영상을 정리해 저장 공간을 확보하는 앱입니다. 사진과 동영상은 기기 안에서만 다루며 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 계정 가입이 없습니다. 이름·이메일 주소 등을 묻지 않습니다.
- 사진·동영상 자체, 파일 이름, 사진의 위치 정보, 비교에 쓰는 특징값은 개발자나 제3자에게 보내지 않습니다.
- 광고를 표시하지 않고, 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트를 넘나드는 추적(트래킹)을 하지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 보내는 정보(이용 통계와 오류 정보)
앱 개선과 오류 수정을 위해 Google LLC가 제공하는 Firebase(Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics)를 사용하며 다음 정보를 보냅니다.
- 사용한 기능의 종류와 횟수(예: 검토한 종류, 삭제·압축 실행, 구매 화면 표시)와 그때의 사진 수·확보한 용량 같은 숫자
- 구매한 플랜, 금액, 통화, 거래 번호와 Pro 사용 여부, 설치한 연월
- 기기 모델, iOS·앱 버전, 언어, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 국가·지역
- Firebase가 이 앱에 발급하는 식별자(다른 앱과 공유되지 않음)
- 앱이 비정상 종료됐을 때의 상황(충돌 로그, 기기 상태)과 삭제·압축·구매가 실패했을 때의 오류 종류
이 정보는 개인을 식별하는 데 쓰지 않으며 광고에도 쓰지 않습니다. Google 서버(국외 포함)에서 처리되며, 이용 통계는 최대 14개월, 오류 정보는 최대 90일 보관됩니다. 앱의 ‘설정’ > ‘데이터 전송’ > ‘사용 통계와 오류 정보 보내기’ 스위치로 언제든 전송을 멈출 수 있습니다. Google의 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
3. 기기 안에서 다루는 정보
- 사진 보관함: 비슷한 사진·중복 사진·스크린샷·큰 동영상을 찾기 위해 사진과 동영상을 기기 안에서 읽고 비교합니다. 비교에 쓰는 특징값은 기기 메모리에서만 씁니다.
- 삭제: 사용자가 고른 사진만, iOS 확인 화면에서 ‘삭제’를 눌렀을 때만 삭제합니다. 삭제한 사진은 사진 앱의 ‘최근 삭제된 항목’에 30일간 남습니다. 즐겨찾기와 편집한 사진은 삭제 대상에서 뺍니다.
- 동영상 압축: 압축한 동영상을 사진 보관함에 새 항목으로 저장합니다. 원본을 남길지 지울지는 사용자가 고릅니다. 작업용 임시 파일은 처리 후 지웁니다.
- 이용 기록: 처리 시간·확보한 용량·압축률 같은 숫자를 동작 확인을 위해 기기 안(앱만 쓰는 공간)에 기록합니다. 사진 내용이나 파일 이름은 들어가지 않으며, 이 기록 자체는 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다(2의 이용 통계는 따로 전송됩니다). iPhone 백업에 포함될 수는 있지만 개발자에게는 전달되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
- 설정: 마지막으로 검토한 시각, 알림 켜짐 여부, 평가 요청 표시 여부 등을 기기 안에 저장합니다.
- 알림: 무료 체험이 끝나기 전날 알림은 허용한 경우에만 기기 안에서 예약합니다.
4. 구매
유료 플랜의 구매·해지는 Apple이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
5. Apple 진단 정보
iPhone 설정에서 ‘앱 개발자와 공유’를 켠 경우, Apple을 통해 개인을 식별하지 않는 충돌 보고서 등 진단 데이터가 전달될 수 있습니다.
6. 권한 변경과 삭제 요청
사진·알림 권한은 iPhone ‘설정’ > ‘앱’ > ‘Karumi’에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 이용 통계는 이름이나 이메일 주소와 연결되지 않습니다. 전송을 끄면 이후로는 보내지 않고, 보관된 데이터는 보관 기간이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 Firebase 식별자는 다음 설치 때 새로 발급됩니다. 삭제 관련 문의는 아래 연락처로 받습니다. 문의 메일의 주소와 내용은 답장에만 쓰고, 처리가 끝난 뒤 1년 이내에, 요청하시면 즉시 삭제합니다.
7. 아동의 이용
앱은 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지의 내용과 날짜를 갱신합니다.
