削除したのに空き容量が増えません。
削除した写真は「最近削除した項目」に30日間残ります。写真アプリの「アルバム」>「ユーティリティ」>「最近削除した項目」で「選択」>「すべて削除」を押すと、空き容量が増えます。
間違えて削除した写真を戻したい。
30日以内なら、写真アプリの「最近削除した項目」から「復元」できます。
写真が表示されません。
iPhoneの「設定」>「アプリ」>「Karumi」>「写真」で「フルアクセス」を選んでください。一部の写真だけを許可している場合は、アプリ内の「設定」>「アクセスする写真を選び直す」でも変えられます。iCloudにだけある写真は、端末にダウンロードされていないため比べられません。
お気に入りの写真が消えないか心配です。
お気に入りと編集済みの写真は、削除の対象から外しています（自分で選ぶこともできません）。削除はご自身がiOSの確認画面で「削除」を押したときだけ行います。
サブスクリプションを解約したい。
iPhoneの「設定」>（自分の名前）>「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。アプリ内の「設定」>「解約する」からも同じ画面を開けます。アプリを削除しても解約されません。無料体験中に解約すると料金はかかりません（終了の24時間前までに解約してください）。
機種変更したら購入が消えました。
アプリ内の「設定」>「購入を復元」を押してください。購入時と同じApple Accountでサインインしている必要があります。

I deleted photos but my free space did not increase.
Deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days. In the Photos app, open Albums > Utilities > Recently Deleted, then tap Select > Delete All to free the space.
I deleted a photo by mistake.
Within 30 days you can restore it from Recently Deleted in the Photos app.
My photos do not appear.
Go to iPhone Settings > Apps > Karumi > Photos and choose Full Access. If you allowed only some photos, you can also use Settings > Change selected photos in the app. Photos stored only in iCloud are not on the device, so they cannot be compared.
Will my favorite photos be deleted?
Favorites and edited photos are excluded from deletion, and you cannot select them. Nothing is deleted until you tap Delete on the iOS confirmation screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > (your name) > Subscriptions. In the app, Settings > Cancel subscription opens the same screen. Deleting the app does not cancel it. If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged (cancel at least 24 hours before it ends).
My purchase is missing on a new iPhone.
In the app, tap Settings > Restore purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

사진이 보이지 않아요.
iPhone ‘설정’ > ‘앱’ > ‘Karumi’ > ‘사진’에서 ‘전체 접근’을 고르세요. 일부 사진만 허용했다면 앱 안의 ‘설정’ > ‘접근할 사진 다시 선택’으로도 바꿀 수 있습니다. iCloud에만 있는 사진은 기기에 내려받아져 있지 않아 비교할 수 없습니다.
즐겨찾기한 사진이 지워질까 걱정돼요.
즐겨찾기와 편집한 사진은 삭제 대상에서 빠지며 직접 고를 수도 없습니다. iOS 확인 화면에서 직접 ‘삭제’를 누르기 전에는 아무것도 지우지 않습니다.
구독을 해지하고 싶어요.
iPhone ‘설정’ > (내 이름) > ‘구독’에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 앱 안의 ‘설정’ > ‘구독 해지’로도 같은 화면이 열립니다. 앱을 삭제해도 해지되지 않습니다. 무료 체험 중 해지하면 요금이 청구되지 않습니다(종료 24시간 전까지 해지해 주세요).
기기를 바꿨더니 구매 내역이 사라졌어요.
